Complimentary Lecture - The Myth About Pain

1 p.m. Thursday, February 15 at the Lakehouse Ballroom
There's a popular misconception that pain is tied to a disease. It's not; it's an impairment. Joints need movement and motion to stay healthy. In the absence of movement throughout the entire range, joint surfaces deteriorate, causing stiffness and over time, which leads to pain. It’s a choice: Say no to joint pain and keep moving. Speaker will be Craig Weyer, PT, DPT, M.ED., from the Wellness Institute. Complimentary with no sign-up required.
