Updated Schedule of Fees Available Online
The online version of the 2017 Schedule of Fees has been updated to reflect a change to the golf Platinum plans that was made after the Schedule of Fees was printed. The online version includes details about the number of bucket of balls allotted for single and couple Platinum golf memberships. You can download a copy of the 2017 Schedule of Fees and Community Rules by logging in to this website and clicking the Schedule of Fees link on the right-hand side of Resident Central.

The Schedule of Fees has information about how to pay your assessments, charges for community activities, and the 2017 budget and assessments, which were approved at the Annual Meeting of the Membership on November 16. The Community Rules, one of the three sets of governing documents, outlines the regulations that protect the high quality of living at Sun City Hilton Head.

New Vehicle Decals
Have you seen the new decals on vehicles traveling throughout Sun City? The new resident decals are burgundy with a gold hologram, and new renter decals are blue with a gold hologram. While the green vehicle decals are being phased out, there is no need for residents to change from the green if their decal has not yet expired. When your green decal expires, residents will receive a new burgundy decal when they come to Palmetto Commons to renew.

Beginning in February 2017, resident homeowners will be able to purchase an annual decal and barcode for frequent guests such as family and friends. Homeowners will be allotted two annual guest decals per rooftop for a cost of $50 per barcode. The resident sponsoring the guest must be present to purchase the decal and barcode. Resident Services will accept check or member charge. Residents must provide their activity number as well as the guest’s registration, license and insurance information. The barcode and decal must be applied by Community Association staff and is valid for one calendar year.

This same option will also be available to vendors in 2017, allowing light commercial vehicles to enter Sun City gates with closer access to the home address.
