Lake Somerset Gate Closure
The Lake Somerset Gate will be closed in both directions from 6 p.m. Saturday, January 27 through 7 a.m. Sunday, January 28 as the Beaufort Jasper Water Sewer Authority (BJWSA) and a contractor repair a 24-inch water main in the area. Residents are asked to use alternate routes through the Main Gate or Sgt. William Jasper gate during these hours.

The repair will result in a water outage for residents living on St. Andrews Lane and the closure of the Dell Webb Boulevard gate from Sun City to Hwy. 170. BJWSA will make automated calls to residents impacted by the shut off. More details regarding water shut down will be available at
www.bjwsa.org.

Free Lecture – The Myth About Pain
1 p.m. February 15 at the Lakehouse Ballroom
There's a popular misconception that pain is tied to a disease. It's not; it's an impairment. Joints need movement and motion to stay healthy. In the absence of movement throughout the entire range, joint surfaces deteriorate, causing stiffness and over time, which leads to pain. It’s a choice: Say no to joint pain and keep moving. Speaker will be Craig Weyer, PT, DPT, M.ED., from the Wellness Institute. No charge, no sign up necessary.
