Health and Wellness Lecture: The Myth About Pain
1 p.m. February 15 at the Lakehouse Ballroom
There's a popular misconception that pain is tied to a disease. It's not; it's an impairment. Joints need movement and motion to stay healthy. Speaker will be Craig Weyer, PT, DPT, M.ED., from the Wellness Institute. No charge, no sign up
